Ja. Spontane Probefahrten direkt vor dem Shop sind jederzeit möglich. Wenn wir dich kennen, brauchen wir weder ID noch Kaution. Bei neuen Kund:innen bitten wir um Hinterlegung eines Ausweises. Für längere Testrunden oder spezifische Modelle lohnt sich ein kurzer Anruf vorab, damit wir das passende Bike bereitstellen.

Spontane Probefahrten vor dem Shop sind kostenlos. Für ausgewählte Marken – LOOK, Mondraker und Transition – können wir Testbikes ein ganzes Wochenende lang bestellen. Dafür verrechnen wir eine Aufwandsgebühr von CHF 80.–, die bei einem anschliessenden Kauf direkt vom Kaufpreis abgezogen wird. Bestellung auf Anfrage, viele Modelle und Grössen verfügbar.

Ja, sehr gerne. Wir besprechen mit dir, was du dir vorstellst – Rahmen, Komponenten, Laufräder, Cockpit, Sattel –, erstellen dir eine detaillierte Offerte und bauen dein Wunsch-Bike nach Bestätigung auf. Übrigens: Ein Custom-Aufbau muss nicht teurer sein als ein Bike ab Stange. Oft ist er sogar günstiger, weil wir nicht für überflüssige Komponenten zahlen, sondern genau das verbauen, was du wirklich willst. Eine Anzahlung bei Auftragserteilung ist Standard.

Yes. Spontaneous test rides directly in front of the shop are possible anytime. If we know you, we don’t need ID or a deposit. For new customers we ask that you leave an ID with us. For longer test loops or specific models, a quick call ahead is a good idea so we can have the right bike ready.

Spontaneous test rides in front of the shop are free. For selected brands – LOOK, Mondraker and Transition – we can order in demo bikes for a full weekend. We charge a CHF 80 handling fee for that service, which is deducted from the purchase price if you buy the bike afterwards. Available on request, in many models and sizes.

Yes, and we love doing it. We sit down with you to work out what you have in mind – frame, components, wheels, cockpit, saddle – then send you a detailed quote and build your dream bike once you give the green light. By the way: a custom build doesn’t have to cost more than an off-the-peg bike. Often it’s actually cheaper, because we don’t pay for components you don’t want. A deposit at order placement is standard.
