Yes. We have reserved customer parking directly in front of the shop, so coming by car is no problem – whether you’re dropping off a bike for service or picking up a new one.
No, and that’s a deliberate choice. We’re a brick-and-mortar shop because we believe in advice. We see too many people riding the wrong bike, or sitting wrong on the right bike, because they bought online without expert guidance. For us a bike purchase isn’t a click in a cart – it starts with a conversation. We can ship on request, but we always recommend coming in. People who’ve been here once understand the difference.
