The small service (CHF 140) covers the general inspection plus: basic cleaning, oiling and greasing of all moving parts, checking wheels for trueness and spoke tension, measuring chain wear, checking and tuning shifting and brakes (including bleeding where needed), bearing checks (headset, bottom bracket, hubs) and a function check of the lighting. On e-bikes we also charge the battery and run a software update (free of charge on bikes purchased from us). The big service (CHF 240) goes further: drivetrain components are removed, cleaned (in an ultrasonic bath if needed), greased and reassembled. The fork comes off, the headset is cleaned and re-greased. All suspension pivot bearings are inspected. Hub bearings are checked and re-greased. The bike gets a final cleaning and a test ride by our mechanic.
