Bikes purchased from us come with a 2-year warranty, and we handle warranty cases completely on your behalf with the manufacturer – you don’t have to deal with anything. For bikes you didn’t buy from us, we handle warranty processing for non-brand-specific components such as suspension forks and shocks (Fox, RockShox etc.). For brand-specific warranty cases (e.g. a frame crack on a bike bought from another dealer), the claim has to go through the original seller – but we’re happy to help you assess the damage.
